目的：观察国内新上市降血脂药普罗布考片的临床疗效。方法：２４０例高脂血症患者，口服普罗布考片５００ｍｇ／次，ｂｉｄ，第４和８周抽空腹血测定血脂值。结果：总有效率在服药４周后为７８．８％，服药８周后８９．５％。副作用为轻度腹泻、腹痛。结论：普罗布考片为安全有效的降血脂药。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the newly listed hypolipidemic drug probucol in our country. Methods: 240 cases of hyperlipidemia patients, oral probucol 500mg / time, bid, 4th and 8 weeks of fasting blood serum lipid levels were measured. Results: The total effective rate was 78.8% after taking 4 weeks and 89.5% after taking 8 weeks. Side effects of mild diarrhea, abdominal pain. Conclusion: Probucol tablets are safe and effective hypolipidemic drugs.
