党的十五大报告强调,要努力寻找能够极大促进生产力发展的公有制实现形式。公有制实现形式可以而且应当多样化。以“三个有利于”为标准,积极探索多样化的公有制实现形式,是当前经济改革和经济发展中一个迫切需要解决的重大理论和实践问题。
The report of the 15th National Party Congress emphasized that we must strive to find a public-ownership realization that can greatly promote the development of the productive forces. The form of public ownership can and should be diversified. With “three benefits” as the standard, active exploration of diversified forms of public ownership is a major theoretical and practical issue that urgently needs to be resolved in the current economic reform and economic development.
