目的研究胆管癌组织中Bax蛋白和Fas抗原的表达和意义。方法免疫组化SP法。结果56例胆管癌中Bax蛋白阳性33例(59%)和Fas抗原阳性37例(66%),与8例正常胆管中二者的阳性表达7例(88%)、8例(100%)有显著差异。Bax蛋白和Fas抗原在高分化癌(89%、84%)、中分化癌(48%、67%)、低分化癌(38%、44%)中的表达差异显著(P<0.05)。结论Bax蛋白和Fas抗原在胆管癌的发生发展中起重要作用,测定Bax蛋白和Fas抗原有助于判断胆管癌的恶性程度和预后。
Objective To study the expression and significance of Bax protein and Fas antigen in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method. Results Among the 56 cases of cholangiocarcinoma, 33 (59%) were positive for Bax protein and 37 (66%) were positive for Fas antigen, and 7 cases (88%) and 8 cases (100%) were positive in 8 cases of normal bile duct. There are significant differences. The expression of Bax protein and Fas antigen were significantly different in well-differentiated carcinoma (89%, 84%), moderately differentiated carcinoma (48%, 67%), poorly differentiated carcinoma (38%, 44%) (P<0.05). . Conclusion Bax protein and Fas antigen play an important role in the development of cholangiocarcinoma. The determination of Bax protein and Fas antigen can help to determine the malignant degree and prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma.
