目的：提高乳腺恶性肿瘤的早期诊断率。方法：我院１９７９ 年至１９９７ 年病理检查确诊的乳腺肿块８６６ 例按世界卫生组织的组织学分类法进行分析探讨。结果：乳腺良性疾病随着年龄的增长，发病率逐渐下降；而恶性肿瘤的发病率随着年龄的增长逐渐增高。结论：对中、老年妇女的乳腺肿块应高度重视，及时作病理组织学检查。
Objective: To improve early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: 866 cases of breast masses diagnosed in our hospital from 1979 to 1997 were analyzed according to the histological classification of the World Health Organization. Results: As the age of the benign breast disease increases, the incidence rate gradually decreases; while the incidence of malignant tumors gradually increases with age. Conclusion: The breast masses in middle-aged and elderly women should be highly valued and timely histopathological examination should be performed.
