去年,《财富》论坛在上海举行,很让中国的企业家兴奋了一回,纷纷表示获得了一次与世界500强平等对话的机会,但很快就有媒体指出,其实只是获得了一次共进晚餐的机会,平等对话根本谈不上。话说得有些刻薄,但中国企业家存在的许多外伤与内伤却不容忽视。有人说中国企业家是在是非年代、是非之地做是非之事的是非之人,确定道出了企业家的酸甜苦辣:为什么中国的企业家只会生不会长?为什么中国的企业只会长不会大?原因很多,但对企业家既缺乏有效的激励机制又缺乏有力的约束机制可能是重要原因之一。
