目的探讨临产孕产妇产时胎心监护异常与胎儿窘迫的关系。方法对我院2010年1月至2011年10月期间889例住院的孕产妇产前及临产时进行胎心监护,应用胎儿生物物理评分方法对胎儿宫内窘迫、轻重度窒息和胎粪吸入综合征进行分析。结果对照组506例与实验组308例三种情况下存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论经统计学分析处理,结果发现,产前采用动态胎心监测仪进行胎心监护与传统胎心监护方法比较有明显的优势,动态胎心监测仪曲线异常对宫内胎儿窘迫、胎儿窒息等具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring and fetal distress during labor. Methods A total of 889 hospitalized pregnant women in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2011 were enrolled in this study. Fetal heart monitoring was performed during prenatal and at labor. Fetal biophysical assessment was used to evaluate fetal distress, severe asphyxia and meconium aspiration Levy for analysis. Results There were significant differences among 506 cases in control group and 308 cases in experimental group (P <0.05). Conclusions After statistical analysis, the results showed that prenatal fetal heart rate monitoring using fetal heart rate monitor with traditional fetal heart rate monitoring method has obvious advantages compared to dynamic fetal heart rate monitor abnormal fetal intrauterine fetal distress, fetal asphyxia Has important clinical significance.
