本文概述一种高速液体色谱的特殊生物活性检测器——“昆虫触角电位”检测器的初步研制结果。仪器主要部件由液体色谱系统、馏份涂布器、样品气化室、钢丝传动机构、注射器取样装置、触角电位刺激器和触角标本腔体、流量调节系统和一些附属电子仪器所组成。“触角电位”检测器采用独特的触角标本腔体设计,避免了复杂的屏蔽要求,获得了较高的灵敏度。当用滴有10ng 的棉红铃虫“高斯”性引诱剂的圆形滤纸片作气味刺激源时,也能得到毫伏级的电位讯号。
This article summarizes the results of a preliminary study of a special bioactivity detector for high-speed liquid chromatography - the “insect antenna potential” detector. The main components of the instrument are composed of liquid chromatography system, fractionator applicator, sample gasification chamber, wire transmission mechanism, syringe sampling device, antenna potential stimulator and antennae specimen chamber, flow control system and some subsidiary electronic instruments. “Tentacles” detector with a unique design of the antenna specimen chamber, to avoid the complex shielding requirements, access to a higher sensitivity. The millivolt level potential signal was also obtained when a circular filter paper drop of 10 ng of cotton bollworm “Gaussian” attractant was used as the odor stimulus.
