(一) 建立社会主义市场经济体制,对职工教育提出了一系列新的要求。首先要适应经济加速发展的需要。市场经济体制的建立,促进经济加速发展需要高素质的职工队伍和大批相应的人才。它必须通过培训的途径来实现,别无他法。从目前我国劳动力供求关系看,总的来说劳动力供过于求,但适应社会经济发展要求的高素质劳动力仍然十分短缺。我们应充分认识这种形势,把握住大好时机,大力加强职工教育,
