一、概论计算机辅助测试(CAT)是近年来计算机应用学科中一个异常活跃、发展很快的重要分支。电液伺服阀特性的计算机辅助测试是我国液压行业目前迫切需要解决的课题之一。长期以来,我国电液伺服阀的调试工序处于落后状况。这主要表现在:1、测试精度低,2、阀的参数的同一性差;3、参数的同时性差;4、对经验的依赖性较强。这种状态阻碍了我国电液伺服阀科研生产的深入发展。近年来,随着计算机的广泛应用,计算机开始进入液压测试领域。美国、西德和日本等国从七十年代起,相继应用微处理机对伺服阀进行调试和数据处理。我国也从七十年代后期开展了这方面的研究。图2—1→二、电液伺服阀静态特性电液伺服阀静态特性试验台液压系统原理图见图2—1所示。电液伺服阀的静态参数的
I. Introduction Computer Aided Test (CAT) is an extremely active and rapidly developing important branch of computer application in recent years. Computer-aided testing of electro-hydraulic servo valve characteristics is one of the urgent issues to be solved in China’s hydraulic industry. For a long time, the commissioning process of electro-hydraulic servo valve in our country is in a backward state. This is mainly manifested in: 1, low test accuracy, 2, poor valve parameter identity; 3, the parameters of poor at the same time; 4, the strong dependence on experience. This state hindered the further development of China’s electro-hydraulic servo valve research and production. In recent years, with the widespread use of computers, computers begin to enter the field of hydraulic testing. The United States, West Germany and Japan and other countries from the seventies, have been using microprocessors for servo valve debugging and data processing. Our country also carried out research in this field from the late seventies.
