应用ＨａｅｍｏＮｅｔｉｃｓＶ５０血液成分分离机对５９例高白细胞白血病患者进行治疗性单采白细胞，无严重不良反应发生。５８例（９８．３％）病人迅速出现白细胞明显下降，白细胞瘀滞状态纠正，脾梗塞性疼痛好转，白血病性发热消失，配合化疗获得显著疗效，说明治疗性单采白细胞是治疗高白细胞白血病的重要措施。１例病人去除大量白细胞后血中白细胞不降低，预后不良，说明白细胞去除治疗只是对症治疗，必须合用化疗控制病情才能获得持久疗效。
