采用逐级离心的方法研究了污泥堆肥中水分散性胶体分布以及胶体中重金属和营养成分的分布特征。结果表明:在从污泥堆肥中提取的水分散性胶体中,粒径为1~10μm的胶体含量最高,胶体中重金属含量占污泥堆肥中重金属总量的比例较小;水分散性胶体对钾的固定能力均较弱,粒径为0.45~1μm的胶体对氮的固定能力较强,粒径为0.02~0.2μm的胶体则对磷的固定能力较强,而各级胶体对有机质的固定能力差别不大。
Gradient centrifugation was used to study the distribution of water-dispersible colloids and the distribution of heavy metals and nutrients in the sludge composting. The results showed that among the water-dispersible colloids extracted from sludge compost, the content of colloids with particle size of 1 ~ 10μm was the highest, while the proportion of heavy metal in colloids with the total amount of heavy metals in sludge compost was small. The immobilization ability of potassium is weak. The colloids with particle size of 0.45 ~ 1μm have a strong ability to fix nitrogen, while the colloids with particle sizes of 0.02 ~ 0.2μm have a strong ability of fixing phosphorus, while the immobilization of organic matter by colloids at all levels Little difference in ability.
