患儿女性,22个月。发作性意识丧失2个月伴左侧肢体抽搐1个月。患病始突然意识丧失,动作停止,左侧眼睑抽动,约10秒钟,发作后正常。以后发作频繁,每天十次至数十次。1月后发作性意识丧失同时伴左侧上、下肢阵挛性抽搐,持续20秒至1分钟。患儿为第一胎,足妊臀位产,Ⅰ°窒息。否认头部外伤及高热抽搐史。查体正常。血糖,抗“O”正常。发作间期正常小儿脑电图。CT平扫:左侧基底节区可见1.7cm×1cm高密度区,CT值117Hu,高密度区前方见一小片状低密度区,CT值6
