中华苏维埃共和国社会保险局是劳动人民委员部的下设机构,是根提1932年12月30日中央劳动人民委员部命令(第二号)在瑞金叶坪建立的。1933年4月迁往沙洲坝中央大礼堂斜对面约200米处,1934年7月迁往云石山牛路下新屋,同年10月随中央机关撤离瑞金。 中央苏区时期的社会保险工作主要是根据《中华苏维埃共和国劳动法》第十章关于社会保险的有关法规来展开:社会保险基金由雇主按工资总额的10％—15％缴纳,专款专用。
The Social Security Bureau of the Soviet Republic of China is the organ under the Ministry of People’s Commissar. It was established on December 30, 1932, by Order of the Central Labor People’s Commissar (No. 2) at Ye Ping, Ruijin.
