中国通信学会电话变换技术专业委员会于一九七九年十二月十二日至十八日在江苏无锡市举行成立会议和学术交流会议。电话交换技术专业委员会由邮电部、四机部、铁道档、交通部、公安部、总参三部、总参通信部、石油部、电力部等系统的专家、学者和工程技术人员组成。参加会议的60多位同志中,有教授、付教授、付研究员、总工程师、付总工程师、主任工程师等19人,讲师、助理研究员、工程师等31人,所长、局长等领导干部8人。会议讨论制订了《1980年专业委员会工作计划和1980年学术活
