采用X线定位的体外震波碎石机治疗肾输尿管X线照射下不显影的结石(以下简称不显影结石)的难度较大,有文献把它列为禁忌证。其实,若经过适当的技术处理,同样能行ESWL治疗并可达到治愈的目的。最近,我院收治不显影结石15例,取得满意的疗效。现介绍如下。 (一)临床资料 15例中,男10例,女5例:年龄24～55岁,平均36.5岁。结石位于左肾6例,右肾6例(其中2例为双肾),左输尿管3例,右输尿管2例。临床症状多有不同程度的腰部酸张,9例出现肉眼血尿,2例输尿管结石患者,有反复
