选用12种细菌,采用滤纸片琼脂平板扩散法对9种中草药的乙醇提取物进行抗菌筛选.其中溪黄草、石猪肝、虎杖和红根草表现出较强的抗菌活性,抑菌圈直径为10~28 mm.将这4种植物的乙醇提取物分别用氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇抽提,测定不同抽提物对最为敏感的5种细菌的抑菌圈大小,并采用微量肉汤稀释法进一步测定了最小抑菌浓度(Minimal Inhibitory Concentration,MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(minimum bactericidal concentra-tion,MBC).测得MIC和MBC的值在0.016 g/L和0.500 g/L之间.
Twelve kinds of bacteria were selected and antibacterial screening was carried out on nine kinds of Chinese herbal medicine ethanol extract by filter paper agar plate diffusion method, among which, Xihuangcao, Shihuguan, Polygonum cuspidatum and red root grass showed strong antibacterial activity, 10 ~ 28 mm.The ethanol extracts from these four plants were respectively extracted with chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol to determine the inhibition zone size of the five most sensitive bacteria from different extracts, The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined by the method of dilution of the soup.The values of MIC and MBC were measured between 0.016 g / L and 0.500 g / L .
