近日,省长陈政高来到阜新市,深入到田间地头,实地考察节水滴灌工程建设情况,并召开办公会议,研究部署下一阶段工作。副省长赵化明参加考察,并分别与各市签订了节水滴灌工程建设管理责任书。省直有关部门负责同志、各市分管副市长参加考察,阜新市委书记王阳、市长齐继慧、副市长马如军等领导陪同考察。2011年,辽宁省委、省政府作出2015年前建成66.67万hm2(1000万亩)节水滴灌工程的重大决策
