随着我国房地产业的不断发展,竞争的加剧,房地产质量越来越被各方重视。在开发项目施工过程中,开发商越来越注重加强甲方工程管理人员在质量管理中所起的作用,加强质量意识和管理职责,通过合同条款,使用经济手段对主要环节、关键工序实施各级质量监督、检查、落实,确保施工质量达到合同、施工图纸、现行规范的要求。本文以房地产开发项目业主方的工程施工过程质量控制管理为主题,结合笔者20年工程管理实践,对北京通州.华业东方玫瑰开发建设项目施工过程中质量控制,遇到的问题,解决的方案、对策,进行分析、归纳、总结。
