介绍了一种工作齿廓含直线段的三叶罗茨鼓风机（ 真空泵） 转子的复合型型线，即直线共轭线型型线；根据啮合基本原理对该复合型线中各个组成区段进行了啮合分析，建立了直线共轭线的啮合方程，对转子的啮合连续性问题和多点啮合现象进行了探讨。该型线已在生产中得到了成功应用。
This paper introduces a composite type line of trilobe Roots blower (vacuum pump) rotor with linear section of work tooth profile, namely linear-conjugate linear type line. According to the basic principles of meshing, The meshing analysis is carried out, the meshing equation of linear-conjugate line is established, and the meshing continuity and multi-point meshing of the rotor are discussed. The profile has been successfully applied in production.
