一、引言根据大口河港三千吨级扩建工程可行性研究(以下简称可行性研究),大口河港码头年作业天数为220天,由于封冰而致使作业停止的天数为90天。有关部门提出,90天是否太长实际碍航天数应该是多少?如果冬季采用破冰船破冰使全年通航,其破冰费用及破冰后的经济效益又如何?本报告旨在回答这一问题。
I. INTRODUCTION According to the Feasibility Study on the Three-thousand-ton Expansion Project of Dakou River Port (hereinafter referred to as Feasibility Study), the number of days of annual operation of Dakou River Port Ferry Terminal is 220 days, and the number of days of operation stop due to ice closure is 90 days.
