职业技术教育是中国实现中国梦,中国社会实现从传统农业社会向现代工业信息社会伟大转型的不二法门。从传统农业社会向现代工业信息社会转型,核心和实质主要是实现生产力大幅度提高的劳动生产方式的转变。国家教育体制和人才培养若跟不上,新兴的效率较高的工业等产业的劳动,就只能雇佣没有接受过专门职业技术教育的农民边做边学,这就是“农民工”。改革开放这几十年,中国几亿农民工及今天两亿多农民工的现实,一方面表明社会的转型和进步,另一方面恰恰表明过去职业技术教育的严重缺失!再也不能让今后出现三亿、四亿农民工了!农民工的大量存在,是中国教育特别是职业技术教育的耻辱!职业技术教育当然不只针对农民及农家子弟,它是一切有志于中国新型工业化信息化早日实现的人施展才华的大舞台。

The large number of migrant workers is a stigmatization of China’s education, especially vocational and technical education! Of course, vocational and technical education not only for peasants and peasant families, it is all interested in the early realization of China’s new industrialization of information technology People play a big stage of talent.
