利用光合作用气体分析系统和透射电镜,对22个福建茶树资源的单叶净光合速率,蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO_2浓度、叶绿体基粒片层数目、嗜锇颗粒含量和乙醇酸氧化酶活性进行了测定。结果表明,不同茶树资源间净光合速率和乙醇酸氧化酶活性等特性差异极显著。并对22个茶树资源的光合特性用类平均法进行聚类分析,结果被划分为四个类型,其中第四类型的毛蟹、铁观音和政和大白茶具有净光合速率高、光呼吸低和嗜锇颗粒含量多等优良特性,可作为茶树高光效生理育种的亲本以及在生产上开发利用。
The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, interstitial CO_2 concentration, chloroplast basal granule number, osmiophilic granule content and glycolic acid oxidation in 22 tea plant resources of Fujian were studied by using photosynthesis gas analysis system and transmission electron microscope Enzyme activity was determined. The results showed that there were significant differences in net photosynthetic rate and glycolate oxidase activity among different tea tree resources. The results of the cluster analysis of the photosynthetic characteristics of 22 tea tree species were classified into four types. Among them, the fourth type of hairy crab, Tieguanyin and Zhenghe Dabai were characterized by high net photosynthetic rate, low photorespiration and addictedness Osmium particle content and other excellent features, can be used as the tea tree light physiological and physiological breeding parents and in the production of development and utilization.
