建设马克思主义学习型政党,是党的十七届四中全会提出的战略任务。但在长期的实践过程中,理论学习效果较难显现,管理方面存在明显软肋,导致不少干部党员疏于学习。因此,如何有效管理,是推动学习型党组织建设面临的重要问题。
Building a learning party of Marxism is a strategic task put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee. However, in the course of long-term practice, the effect of theoretical study is more difficult to find, and there are obvious weaknesses in management. As a result, many cadres and party members neglect to study. Therefore, how to manage effectively is an important issue for promoting the construction of learning party organizations.
