近年来,海上大型船舶撞沉渔船后逃逸的恶性事故呈增加趋势,仅青岛地区今年2月下旬就发生2起这样的事故。本文针对这2起事故,对渔船海难救助、渔船安全设备配备等方面谈些感想,供有关方面参考。
In recent years, the number of serious accidents that escaped after the large-scale ships hit the sunken fishing vessels showed an increasing trend. Only two such incidents occurred in Qingdao in late February this year. In view of these two incidents, this article gives some thoughts on the rescue of fishing vessels, the safety equipment of fishing vessels and other aspects for the reference of relevant parties.
