萃取－分光光度法测定越婢汤中麻黄碱的含量，用一次定量分取氯仿层的方法，平均回收率为９８．３２％，ＲＳＤ为２．２８％。

The extraction-spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of ephedrine in Yueyu Decoction. The method was used to quantitatively separate the chloroform layer. The average recovery rate was 98.32% and the RSD was 2.28%.
