目的:保证门诊患者用药安全,提高用药科学性、有效性。方法:在充分了解门诊患者用药处方与用药说明书的基础上,对门诊患者展开用药指导与说明。用药指导与说明期间,特别注意向患者说明药物使用方法、使用剂量与注意事项。结果 :在向患者展开用药指导,告知用药注意事项的过程中,需向其解释药物的相关知识,促使患者对相关知识内容有一定的了解,提高患者用药安全性,确保患者用药安全、合理与有效。结论 :加强门诊用药指导,保障门诊患者用药安全,提高医院门诊就诊有效率,优化门诊诊疗服务。
Objective: To ensure the safety of outpatients medication, improve the scientific and effective medication. Methods: On the basis of fully understanding prescriptions and prescriptions for outpatients, guidance and instructions were given to outpatients. Medication guidance and instructions during the special attention to explain the use of drugs to patients, the use of dosage and precautions. Results: During the medication guidance to the patients and the notices of medication precautions, the related knowledge of the drugs should be explained to the patients so as to promote the patients ’understanding of relevant knowledge contents and improve the medication safety of the patients so as to ensure the safety and reasonableness of the patients’ medication effective. Conclusion: To strengthen the guidance of outpatient medication, ensure the safety of outpatients, improve the efficiency of hospital outpatient visits and optimize outpatient services.
