本文通过实验观察,研究了Dash缩径工艺中迭结面位错延伸消失的特征。指出位错随晶体生长而延伸的形式有沿{111}的滑移、<111>的攀移和二者兼并之。依据实验所进行的理论分析指出: 滑移延伸时 ι〔111〕ψ≥φctgβ 攀移延伸时 L〔111〕ψ≥φtgβ 兼并延伸时 ι+L>ι>L 式中ι、L是长度,φ是直径,β是偏角ψ和方位角ψ_1的函数。
In this paper, through experimental observation, the characteristics of the dislocation disappearance of the overlapped surface in the Dash reduction process are studied. It is pointed out that the dislocations extend along {111}, the climbs of <111> and the two of them in the form of the extension of the crystal growth. According to the theoretical analysis conducted in the experiment, it is pointed out that when the slip extends, the ι [111] ψ≥φctgβ climbs and extends, and L [111] ψ≥φtgβ merges and extends ι + L> ι> L where ℓ and L are the lengths and φ Is diameter, β is a function of declination ψ and azimuth ψ_1.
