2004年4月21日,海南省海南中级人民法院以受贿罪依法判处省农垦总局原组织部长郭钦龙有期徒刑10年,并处没收个人全部财产;以行贿罪判处海南省国营龙江农场原党委书记黄笃昌有期徒刑1年。郭钦龙、黄笃昌走上犯罪道路的事实再次证明,一个人若置党纪国法于不顾,最终必将受到应有的制裁。
On April 21, 2004, Hainan Hainan Intermediate People’s Court sentenced the original organization minister Guo Qinlong of the Provincial Reclamation Bureau to 10 years’ imprisonment according to law on the basis of accepting bribes and confiscated all the personal property. On the bribery conviction, Hainan Province State-owned Longjiang Farm’s original party committee secretary Huang Duchang imprisonment for 1 year. The fact that Guo Qinlong and Huang Du-chang embarked on the road of criminality proves once again that if one neglects to set party discipline and state law, he will eventually be punished accordingly.
