患者,女,66岁。临床诊断为冠心病。ECG(附图)示Ⅰ及V_1导联,窦性P波顺序发生,轻度不齐,R—R间期绝对均齐,与P波无关。V_1导联中,R_(1～4)呈rS型,S 波宽度无变化而深浅略有差异;R_(5,6)分别呈rsr/型及rsR’型,QRS渐增宽,呈直接显示性
Patient, female, 66 years old. Clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease. ECG (with photos) shows Ⅰ and V_1 lead, sinus P wave occurred in order, slightly irregular, R-R interval is absolutely homogeneous, and has nothing to do with the P wave.
