妊娠的脉象,历来有两种不同的说法,如《内经》便有“少阴脉动甚”(《素问·平人气象论》)和“阴虚阳搏”(《素问·阴阳别论》)之说,《金匮要略》则认为“妇人得平脉,阴脉少弱”(《妇人妊娠病脉证并治》),《脉经》则云“脉平而虚者,乳子法也”。《四言举要》“尺脉滑利,妊娠可喜”。这些脉象的叙述,“动甚”、“滑利”是有余之脉;“少弱”、“虚”为不足之征。一为有余,一为不足,都是临床实践的经验总结,但是“滑利”之脉,亦即是我
The pulse of pregnancy has historically been of two different kinds. The saying goes, “The Golden Chamber” states that “women have flat veins and weak yin and weak veins” (“Women’s Pregnancy”).
