红松(Pinus koraiensis Sieb et Zuee)和樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongoica Leiter)为松科松属植物,其花粉为植物的雄性配子,是种子植物的遗传基础。花粉中具有植物体内多种营养成分,自古以来一直引起人们的关注。早在二千多年前的《神农本草经》就有所记载:“松花粉(松黄)和香蒲粉(蒲黄)具有气味甘平,无毒,主治心腹寒热邪气,利小便,消瘀血,久服轻身延年”的功效。目前,花粉的营养价值和医疗作用已逐渐为人们所重视并接受。为了开发利用花粉资源,我们利用仪器分析方法对其营养成分进行了含量测定。
