目的:分析我院2004年8月~2005年11月临床分离的543株铜绿假单胞菌对不同种类抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集临床分离出的543株铜绿假单胞菌,用K-B法进行体外药敏试验,依据美国国家临床试验室标准委员会(NCCLS)制定的标准判定药敏结果。结果:铜绿假单胞菌对头孢类药物中的头孢曲松和头孢噻肟的耐药率最高,分别为58.8%和51.3%,头孢他啶、头孢吡肟的耐药率分别为18.6%和18.7%;对氨基糖苷类药物中的妥布霉素、阿米卡星、庆大霉素的耐药率分别为14.2%,12.7%,22.2%;青霉素类药物中的哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率分别31.4%和21.7%;喹诺酮类药物中环丙沙星耐药率为14.6%;碳青霉烯类药物中亚胺培南耐药率为29.2%;单环β-内酰胺类药物中氨曲南耐药率为28.7%。结论:临床应根据药敏试验合理使用抗菌药物,以提高临床疗效,减少耐药菌株的产生。
Objective: To analyze the drug resistance of 543 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from our hospital from August 2004 to November 2005 for different kinds of antimicrobial agents, and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: 543 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates were collected. Susceptibility testing in vitro was performed by K-B method. Susceptibility results were determined according to the standards set by the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS). Results: The rates of resistance to ceftriaxone and cefotaxime in cephalosporins were the highest, accounting for 58.8% and 51.3%, respectively. The rates of resistance to ceftazidime and cefepime were 18.6% and 18.7%, respectively The resistance rates of tobramycin, amikacin and gentamycin to aminoglycosides were 14.2%, 12.7% and 22.2% respectively. The resistance rates of piperacillin, piperacillin / The rates of resistance to tazobactam were 31.4% and 21.7% respectively. The rates of resistance to ciprofloxacin in quinolones were 14.6%, those in carbapenems were 29.2% Aztreonam resistance in lactam drugs was 28.7%. Conclusion: The rational use of antimicrobial agents should be based on antimicrobial susceptibility testing to improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the production of resistant strains.
