在我国目前的中等职业学校中,多数班级由50名左右学生构成,根据David Hayes(1997)的观点,包含50名或更多学生的班级就可以定为大班。教师少,班级多,是导致大班型教学存在的必然性。大班教学在我国中等职业学校(尤其是农村)普遍存在。与小班相比,大班在实际教学中确实存在一些困难。在实际教学中怎样实现大班教学的高效性,值得我们关注和探讨。
In the current secondary vocational schools in our country, most classes are composed of about 50 students. According to David Hayes (1997), a class with 50 or more students can be regarded as a big class. Less teachers, more classes, is leading to the necessity of teaching large classes. Large class teaching in our secondary vocational schools (especially in rural areas) widespread. Compared with the small class, the actual class does exist in the big class some difficulties. How to realize the efficiency of teaching in large class in practical teaching deserves our attention and discussion.
