Provisional Regulations on the Management of Names of Real Estate Development Projects promulgated in Fuzhou stipulates that in the future, all the real estate projects under development and construction in Fuzhou City shall be named “Squares”, and the total construction area of the project shall be more than 100,000 m 2 and there must be an area of more than 1,500 m ~ 2 open-air public places; named “center”, the building surface
