本文针对35t/h锅炉普遍存在着炉效偏低的主要因素之一——不完全燃烧损失偏大,以及锅炉烟尘排放浓度时常超标这两大问题,提出采用蒸汽喷雾介质,在炉膛中形成切圆旋转,强化炉内燃烧,改善炉内气流动力分布状态。在UG-35/39-M型锅炉的试验和应用考核,飞灰含碳量和炉渣含碳量分别降低25.8%和14.5%,飞灰量和烟气排放浓度均大幅度下降,蒸汽用量较之原来的蒸汽二次风耗量减少45%以上。
