目的研究综合护理方案用于重度妊娠高血压综合征中的效果。方法在我院收治的重度妊娠高血压综合征患者中选出130例随机分成对照组(常规护理)和观察组(综合护理方案),对比两组患者的护理效果指标。结果观察组新生儿存活率98.46%高于对照组的89.23%,且出生1min的Apgar评分更高,P<0.05。结论综合护理方案用于重度妊娠高血压综合征患者中有助于促进患者心理健康水平的提高,改善新生儿结局,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing regimen in severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods 130 patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (comprehensive nursing program), and the nursing effect index of two groups were compared. Results The neonatal survival rate in the observation group was 98.46% higher than that in the control group (89.23%), and the Apgar score at 1 minute after birth was higher (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing regimen in patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension can help to improve the mental health of patients and improve the neonatal outcome, which is worth popularizing and applying.
