采用稀土Y微合金化的方法制备了4种不同Y含量的X80管线钢,研究了在模拟混凝土环境中钢的腐蚀形貌和电化学性能。结果表明,随着Y含量的增加,X80管线钢的平均晶粒尺寸逐渐减小;添加Y的管线钢在晶界处析出了Y_2O_3化合物;X80管线钢的腐蚀产物中主要含有FeOOH、Fe_3O_4、Fe_2O_3、FeO、FeS和FeCl_2相。添加有0.045%Y的X80管线钢的耐腐蚀性能最好。
Four kinds of X80 pipeline steel with different Y content were prepared by rare earth Y microalloying. The corrosion morphology and electrochemical properties of steel in simulated concrete environment were studied. The results show that with the increase of Y content, the average grain size of X80 pipeline steel decreases gradually. Y_2O_3 compound precipitates in the grain boundary of the pipeline steel with addition of Y. The corrosion products of X80 pipeline steel mainly contain FeOOH, Fe_3O_4, Fe_2O_3 , FeO, FeS and FeCl 2 phases. X80 pipeline steel with 0.045% Y addition has the best corrosion resistance.
