兹根据中华人民共和国商业部「关于国或商业企业机构名称的规定」和省人民委员会「关于省、市、专、县、区各级国爱机关印章制发的规定」,将本省各级国营商业企业机构名称与印章制发问题规定如下,希各地执行。一、关于机构名称(一)省级机构1.省专业公司,按行政区命名,并冠以总公司全称,如「中国百货公司山西省公司」。(二)市、专级机构1.设在省辖市受省公司与市商业(工商)局双重领导的公司称「市公司」,在专区受省公司与专署商业局双重领导的公司称「分公司」。市与专同在一地者,如系一套机构,称「分公司」,均按行政区命名,并冠以中国总公司全称及省名,如「中国百货公司山西省太原市公司」,
