《四川省易制毒化学品管理条例》已由四川省第九届人民代表大会常务委员会第五次会议于1998年10月17日通过,现予公布,自公布之日起施行。
The Regulations on the Administration of the State Commission for the Prohibition of the Manufacture of Uncontaminated Chemicals were adopted by the Fifth Session of the Standing Committee of the Ninth People’s Congress of Sichuan Province on October 17, 1998 and are hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
