本文分析了制冷及一般用途的压缩机排气阀室中压力脉动引起的附加功耗,建立了数学模型。实验与理论分析结果十分吻合。由于导出了参数α=V_d/V_h,μ=(d/D)~2/C_m使分析结果具有普遍性。并且提供了计算排气阀室压力脉动附加功耗的诺模图。
This paper analyzes the additional power consumption caused by pressure pulsation in the compressor exhaust valve chamber of refrigeration and general purpose, and establishes the mathematical model. Experimental and theoretical analysis of the results are very consistent. The analysis results are universal due to the derived parameters α = V_d / V_h and μ = (d / D) ~ 2 / C_m. A nomogram is also provided to calculate the additional power dissipation in the exhaust valve chamber.
