一、引 言 Suther land等人在研究医务人员所熟知的肾上腺素和胰高血糖素引起血糖升高的过程中,发现了环磷酸腺苷(又称:环腺苷酸或cAMP)。经过长年的研究弄清楚了生物体内的一些基本代谢过程,如某些激素的调控机制、生长发育以及多种疾病的发生和发展等等,都与环腺苷酸有关。这一发现不仅使人们对激素作用原理的认识深入分子水平,并且对了解许多生命过程具有重大意义。因之,Suther land获得了1971年诺贝尔奖金。此后,关于环核苷酸体系的研究,如雨后春笋,七十年代已达到高峰,近年化学文摘每年收载的有关摘要数以千计,出版了几种专集。另外还有两种定期期刊《环核苷酸研究进展》和《环核苷酸杂志》出版。
I. INTRODUCTION Suther land et al. Found cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), also known as cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), in the study of the hyperglycemic effects of epinephrine and glucagon known to medical practitioners. After years of research to understand some of the basic metabolic processes in the body, such as the regulation of some hormones, growth and development and the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases, etc., are associated with cyclic adenylyl acid. This discovery has not only made people’s understanding of the principle of hormone action deeper into the molecular level, but also of great significance for understanding many life processes. As a result, Suther land won the 1971 Nobel Prize. Since then, the research on cyclic nucleotide system has sprung up and peaked in the seventies. In recent years, there are thousands of relevant abstracts collected annually by Chemical Abstracts and several special collections have been published. There are also two regular journals, “Advances in Cyclic Nucleotide Research” and “Cyclic Nucleotide Journal” published.
