我们希望每一位教师都从了解儿童开始,倾听他们的声音,从儿童的角度看他们是怎么理解世界的。不了解儿童就无法实施有效的教育,因此实施教育,必须观察先行,无论是在教学活动,游戏活动还是区域活动,劳动活动中,教师为了了解儿童的活动情况,必须进行广泛的观察。可以这样说,观察儿童是我们教师教育教学工作中不可缺少的重要内容,通过观察可以了解到幼儿的经验获得、能力发展、心理需要、学习方式,更好地进行教育
