近年来原油火灾时有发生。原油起火后,往往会发生沸溢和喷溅,扩大火灾面积,造成人员伤亡。如1989年8月12日10时左右,黄岛油库因雷击爆炸起火后,于14时40分发生第一次喷溅,使19名灭火人员当场牺牲,70多人负伤,并引起附近4个油罐(池)爆炸燃烧。为了使人们对原油火灾有更多的认识和了解,能够准确有效地扑灭此类火灾,减少和避免不必要的损失和伤亡,下面就原油火灾中的沸溢和喷溅,谈一点粗浅看法。
In recent years, crude oil fires have occurred. After the crude oil is caught in a fire, boiling and splashing often occur, expanding the area of the fire and causing casualties. As at 10 o’clock on the 12 August 1989, the first spatter took place at 1440 hours after the fire broke out in Huangdao depot due to a lightning strike, causing 19 firefighters to sacrifice on the spot and over 70 wounded and caused nearby 4 Tank (pool) explodes and burns. In order to make people have more knowledge and understanding of crude oil fires, they can accurately and effectively extinguish such fires and reduce and avoid unnecessary losses and casualties.
