新《工会法》充分肯定了工会财务工作在工会工作中所起的支柱作用,重申了工会经费的来源,以法律形式保证了工会经费的收缴,确立了工会组织的法人资格。在众多的社会团体中,以法律形式确定其经费来源、独立管理经费的,还只有工会一家。由此可见,新《工会法》的颁布实施,充分肯定了党和政府对工会的关怀和信赖。它有利于调动职工群众的积极性和创造性,推动社会经济的发展。
The new Trade Union Law fully affirmed the pillars of trade union financial work in the work of trade unions, reiterated the sources of trade union funds, guaranteed the collection of union funds in the form of law, and established the legal personality of trade union organizations. In many social organizations, the sources of funding are determined by law, and only one union is managed independently. This shows that the promulgation and implementation of the new “Trade Union Law” fully affirmed the care and trust of the party and the government over the trade unions. It is conducive to arousing the enthusiasm and creativity of the masses of workers and promoting the social and economic development.
