目的观察不同浓度促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)阿拉瑞林对人前列腺癌细胞系PC3Fas表达的影响。方法采用流式细胞术观察受不同浓度的阿拉瑞林刺激的PC3细胞Fas表达情况。阿拉瑞林的浓度梯度为1.0×10-7mol/L～1.0×10-10mol/L,同时设对照组(不加阿拉瑞林)。结果阿拉瑞林为1.0×10-9mol/L于培养第4天时对PC3细胞Fas表达的影响最明显,但此影响持续时间短且作用较弱。结论GnRHa阿拉瑞林可影响其凋亡调节蛋白Fas的表达,但作用较弱,持续时间较短。
Objective To observe the effect of different concentration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue (Ala) on the expression of human prostate cancer cell line PC3Fas. Methods Flow cytometry was used to observe the expression of Fas in PC3 cells stimulated by different concentrations of Alarelin. Alarelin concentration gradient 1.0 × 10-7mol / L ~ 1.0 × 10-10mol / L, while the control group (without Alarelin). Results Alarelin had the most obvious effect on the expression of Fas in PC3 cells at the concentration of 1.0 × 10-9mol / L on the 4th day of culture, but the effect was weak and the effect was weak. Conclusion Galectin GnRHa can affect the expression of apoptosis-regulatory protein Fas, but its effect is weak and its duration is short.
