目的 建立同时测定舒筋通络丸中芍药苷、丹酚酸B的含量测定方法.方法 采用HPLC法,WondasilTMC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长分别为230、286 nm,流速1.0ml·min-1.结果 芍药苷、丹酚酸B在此条件下分离良好,且进样量分别在0.24～2.25、0.25～2.46 μg范围内线性关系良好.平均回收率分别为100.26％(RSD=0.43％)、99.68％(RSD=0.61％).结论 本方法准确、稳定、重复性好,可用于舒筋通络丸中芍药苷、丹酚酸B的含量测定.“,”Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B in Shujintongluo pills.Methods HPLC was conducted on WondasilTM C18 (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(A)-0.1％ phosphoric acid (B)with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml min-1 and at a detection wavelength of 230,286 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B was 0.24-2.5 and 0.25-2.46 μg respectively.The average recovery was 100.26 ％ (RSD =0.43 ％) and 99.68 ％ respectively(RSD=0.61％).Conclusion This method is accurate,stable,and repeatable,which can be used for simultaneous determination of the two components in Shujintongluo pills.
