随着社会的发展,对于教育的要求越来越高。而高等职业教育,作为教育的重要组成部分,教育成果的高低更加重要。但是,由于在当前的高职院校中,学校内部治理结构“顶层制度设计”相对滞后,对于高职院校内部的治理能力造成了极大的限制,同时由于管理层的“泛行政化”倾向严重,使得大学教学的教学精神和基本使命受到了消解;同时,受到泛行政化花的影响,管理层的内部权力过于集中,导致内部民主程度不够,缺乏相应的监督与权力制衡,这样的管理环境过于封闭,容易使整个学校的管理和运作陷入缺乏职责界限的治理泥潭。所以,为了解决这些问题,高职院校必须要进行内部治理结构的改革,这样才能使得整个管理结构可以更加平衡更加高效的运转,从而取得最好的管理效果。
