股权结构对公司治理的影响主要体现在对公司经营者的激励与监控和对公司治理的绩效两个层面,不同的股权结构对公司的经营监督和激励产生不同的影响。
The impact of ownership structure on corporate governance is mainly manifested in two aspects: the incentive and monitoring of the company’s managers and the performance of corporate governance. Different ownership structures have different impacts on the company’s supervision and motivation.
