本文以建国初期上海艺术设计的职能转型与体制建构为研究线索,考察其演进轨迹和发展特征。结论表明社会主义制度下设计职能的实现依赖于计划经济式的管理体制保障,其核心是国营设计机构的建立。建国初确立的这种管理模式为前三十年的发展路径奠定了行业基础,同时也留下了发展隐患。
This article takes the functional transformation and institutional construction of Shanghai art design as the research thread in the early days of the People’s Republic of China, and examines its evolution trajectory and development characteristics. The conclusion shows that the realization of the design function under the socialist system relies on the protection of the management system of the planned economy. At its core is the establishment of state-owned design institutes. The establishment of this kind of management pattern in the early days of the founding of PRC laid an industrial foundation for the development path of the past three decades and at the same time left a hidden danger to development.
