羊水细胞培养和染色体制备是产前诊断的重要手段之一。为了使这一技术能在基层普及,四川省计划生育科研所组胚遗传室研制出了CCM_2(羊水细胞培养药盒)。该药盒经临床250多例使用证明,其方法稳定,使用方便,效果极佳,便于在基层开展产前诊断工作,并可减轻病员经济负担。
Amniotic fluid cell culture and chromosome preparation is an important means of prenatal diagnosis. In order to make this technology popularize at the grassroots level, CCM_2 (amniotic fluid cell culture kit) was developed in embryo genetic room of Sichuan Family Planning Research Institute. The kit by the clinical use of more than 250 cases proved that the method is stable, easy to use, the effect is excellent, easy to carry out prenatal diagnosis at the grass-roots level, and reduce the patient’s financial burden.
